We need election because it helps us in finding an able candidate to serve government also to stop aristocracy...
Demerits:
1.A lot of fight starts between political parties..
2.People electing elections start to put down each other instead of working for the welfare of the people.
3.A lot of competition increase..Also there is lot of wastage of time..as many employeea are connected to this campaign..
So we must not have parties..but must vote a candidate who is capable of the post withput seing the parties...plzz mark it s brainliest..
