Why do we need elections?

As india is a democratic country means where people rule,election is the system by which people select the representatives to rule them and make laws for them.

We need elections because;

1- In a election the voter makes many choices.

2- They can choose who will make the laws.

3- They can choose who will form government and make major decisions.

4- They can choose the party whose policies will guide the government and law making.
