We need food to keep us alive as food provides us with essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, etc. These nutrients are broken down into simpler forms by the various acids and gastric juiced produced by our organs, which gives us the energy to function. Without food, our organs wouldn't work and we would die.

HOPE IT HELPS PAL :))
