Answer:

It is now become necessary to conserve forest and wildlife because:

1)increasing population has led to more demand for places to live so a large forest area have been vanished for providing homes and for settlement of Industries

2) this thing has also led to extinction of many species have been extinct and some are become endangered

so we have to conserve them for our future generation as forests are full of resources and we have borrowed from our future generation and not from our fore father so it is the prime duty of all to conserve them......

steps taken by the government to conserve them:

1) campaigns and awareness programme

2) Many wildlife sanctuaries have been opened in different place

3) botanical gardens have been opened to take care of plants

4)hunting and tree cutting is also banned.............
