as we know that only 2 or 3% of water in this earth is clean or then we are polluting it so we should conserve water that we can't face water scarcity

It is renewable resources but the rate at which we are using as well as polluting water, once there will be scarcity of pure water so we need to conserve freshwater which is limited..
