We need to grow crops in order to satisfy our hunger..as from crops we get raw material feom which we can make food..

Crops are very essential in our daily life. We need crops for various uses. Some of the uses of crops are :

• Food crops such as grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit, seeds and nuts, herbs and spices etc play an important role as a source of food in our life.  

• Farmers are engaged in “Integrated Crop-Livestock Farming” (ICLF) to enhance level of income generation. Farmers’ income basically depends on crops.

•  And the Raw materials like starch, cellulose, and oil are extracted from the plants for the production of chemicals, bio materials, and fuels. Thus our products depend on the raw materials produced from crops.
