Why do we need to keep the temperature of the conductor constant in the Ohm's law?

When the temperature of the conductor is changed, the resistance will also change according to the equation given above. In such a case, the VI graph obtained will not be linear. So, the temperature is kept constant while verifying and also while applying the Ohm' Law.
