We need to ordain laws for the protection of the terrain because

1. We are dependent on nature in multitudinous ways.

2. Environmental law is necessary to combat issues related to the terrain and conservation of natural resources. For case – environmental laws pertain to issues like global warming, climate change, hothouse gas emigrations, acid rain, stalking of exposed species, deforestation, reduction of natural resources, and pollution of water, air and soil.

3.The utmost of our conditions are fulfilled by nature. Promoting profitable growth with environmental, mortal health and cultural safeguards in place seems to be the path forward for utmost governments, but decades of environmental mismanagement have created severe heritage issues in utmost countries.

4. Natural resources should be available in enough quantities for the conditions of our future generations. There should be sustainable development policy. The necessity of creating administrative and legal structures suitable of enabling ecologically sustainable and socially respectable development.
