Inertia is the tendency of an object to reduce a change in its state of motion. If you get into a moving bus from a state of rest, then your body, which was initially at rest, will feel like its being pushed back because the bus is already moving. But if we run before we enter the moving bus, then we can shift our body's inertia from rest to in motion and we will feel more comfortable when we enter the bus.
Hope this helps. If it does, please mark it as the brainliest.
