By studying past, we realize the mistakes made by our ancestors and try not to repeat them in our future. It's like we already know what will happen if something doesn't go the way it should. By referring the past, we not only learn about the wars, political policies but also about good Kings, their policies. 'History is the past of present' that's what I say.
