why do we normally swing our arms while walking ,and why not when we carry a load in our hands? Don't spamming ❎........pls give a proper and neat ans.i'll mark u as brainlist..:)

It’s called automatic associative movements…
We humans evolved to walk on 2 feet but swinging the contra-lateral arm while walking is automatic movement that is associated with movement of opposite leg. That gives us more stability while walking casually. But it is not essential to maintain balance as we can walk without any trouble even with deliberately not moving hands.
While carrying some load, we would have to spend a lot more energy to swing arm simultaneously. Anyway, swinging arm wasn’t essential to maintaining balance so we do without swinging them when it is not cost-effective.
