as according to linear motion have 2 types uniform and non uniform so in uniform motion velocity is constant I.e acceleration is 0 and in non uniform velocity is not constant i.e. changing of acceleration but not 0 so by this rate of change acceleration is not considered to be in linear motion i.e. in non uniform ...

There is nothing to study.
There are no special relationships specific to rate of change of acceleration.
You don’t need to apply anything other than Newton’s three laws. So you are asking why do we not study specific more complicated examples.
Let us consider problems based upon compound imnterest. You may solve problems with a fixed interest rate on an investment of x amount of money.
Why dont we consider problems where trhe interest rate changes? Answer - becasue it introduces nothing new other than tedium. You just have one period of constan interest rates and then another. You could have constantly increasing interest rate and then all you do is replace a fixed vale eg 5% by a function like rate =5%X0.02t.
There is nothing new to discover- if the interest rate goes upo you pay back more. There is no point in trying to work through every conceivable example.
