Stars do glow during the day, butwe can't see them because of the glare of sunlight. When the sun isup, the blue color in sunlight gets scattered all over the atmosphere, turning the sky the familiar bright blue color.

During day,due to very high sunlight on the earth the light of stars is very low rather than light of sun.
So,we are unable to see the stars at daytime.
