Why do we not understand the inscription on the hadappa seals

HI,
The inscriptions on the Harappa seals are not understandable because of the language which is used to write it. There are no written documents which can tell us about the language that was used during that times .So we are making only guess about what is written.

bcz it is written in a rather different language and officials of archaeology,languisht of our country are not yet developed to read till this
