Question :-
Why do we our ear proper where we go to higher altitudes ?
Answer :-
Our ears have eustachian tube which maintain equal pressure . The eustachian is a small tube which connects the ear to the nasal side .
When we go to high altitudes , the outside pressure is very low due to rarefaction of air .
Hence we may experience bleeding of air , ear pain etc. particularly because the blood pressure in our ears is more than the surroundings.
To avoid that problem , we need to use ear pops which will help in the equalization of air and pressure inside and outside the eustachian tube present in our ears.
Thus to protect our ears from the adverse effects of unequal or changing atmospheric pressure , we need to wear ear pops.
Hope it helps you :-)
