A convex mirror is a diverging one
so it widens the observation area of the driver and he can take a glance on a large area . It maintain easy and safe driving

WE PREFER CONVEX MIRROR AS A REAR - VIEW MIRROR IN VEHICLES BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS :
1. A CONVEX MIRROR ALWAYS PRODUCES AN ERECT IMAGE OF THE OBJECT.
2.THE IMAGE FORMED IN A CONVEX MIRROR IS HIGHLY DIMNISHED OR MUCH SMALLER THAN THE OBJECT ,DUE TO WHICH A CONVEX MIRROR GIVES A WIDE FIELD OF VIEW.
