Why do we prefer plane mirror to view ourselves ?

Concave mirrors show us in an enlarged, bigger version. Our face looks bigger so all the features are clearer like beard, mustache, pimples etc in Men for shaving properly without any cut or bruises. ... Plane mirrors show us in the same size as we are hence smaller than the image in a concave mirror
