Why do we regard liquids and gases fluids? What is the reason of fluidity?

We say liquids and gases fluid as they can flow . the reason behind their fluidity is the more interparticular space between its particles

Liquids and gases are fluid because they cannot flow.. In any fluid, the molecules themselves are in constant, random motion, colliding with each other and with the walls of any container....
