The government laws, regulations, court decisions, and local ordinances affects all aspects of our lives. Everyone has a stake in the public policies enacted by federal, state, and local governments. Some policies and schemes are available for upliftment of the people. If we don't have information about them, we cannot avail them. It is important to stay informed about government policies and try to understand whether they are good for the citizens or not. Through this we will understand to vote wisely, to vote out the whoever is not working in the interest of the public and to vote in someone else who can. The bottom line is that, no one must say he or she is not interested in politics. Stay informed, political leaders, political parties and their decisions and policies affect all people.
