Burning of fuel majorly contain harmful gas like carbon monoxide etc. which can cause respiratory disease ..

Answer:

Because burning of fuels releases CO2,and incomplete burning might also release CO.This gas CO has high affininty to bind with haemoglobin present in our blood than that of oxygen(O2) and hence..this reduces the oxyhaemoglobin and hence reduces transport of O2 in the blood resulting into several health problems
