Why do we say that 'burning of fuels' can cause 'health hazards?

i) increase combustion of fuel lead to harmful effect, (like acid rain and global warming) on environment. ii) incomplete combustion of fuel produces carbon monoxide gas which is highly poisonous gas. in this way we can say that' burning of fuels 'can cause health hazards health hazard .
