Homozygous means the trait of two is same like TT (Tall,Tall) so it is called as homozygous tall and heterozygous means two disimilar traits like Tt (tall, dwarf) it's is called as heterozygous tall because it's has a dominant character tall and the parents in F1 generation are said to be pure breed it's produce pure breed progeny in f2
