Why do we say that if a person suffers from chicken pox once , he/she is not likely to be attacked by the same disease in future?

actually it happens very few times because the immunity system in our body develops special types of proteins and antigens which inhibit the spread of bacteria or the relative viruses.......once it is developed in our body...then it's structural and functional information is stored in our nucleus which activates simultaneously on the next attack of the same disease causing agents in future and inhibits it before spreading.....
