why do we say that we have independent and powerful election commision?

This is because in our country election occur after a fixed time of 5 year and we have a lot of choice to vote. we can vote anyone and we can also remove anyone. in our country everyone has the right to speak agains and in favour as well.....so we can say that we have independent and powerfull election commision

we can say that we are having independent election commission . this is so because it is a private body and can take any of their decisions without the consult of our government. And it is so powerful as it can judge any political member or organisation and can conduct re elections when they does any mischief.
