Water having dissolved gases in it through which the aquatic animal breath i.e, they can survive through dissolved oxygen in it.
When we boil (boiling is equals to the heat source) the water then its solubility decreases. Due to the decrease in solubility it decreases the dissolved oxygen molecule then it again convert it into the gas. These gas molecules were seen at the top of the boiling water.
