because in hot water the water is evaporated so it makes bubble

two types if bubbles are formed when water is boiled. The first I'd below 100 degree celsius and the second is above 100 degree celsius (that being the temperature at which water boils)
Below Boiling Point- as temperature of the water rises, it's solubility decreases. Water has air molecules dissolved in it (that's why aquatic life exists). Decrease in solubility causes the dissolved air molecules to form gas again. Those are the bubbles you see.
Above Boiling Point- above boiling point the water molecules inside the liquid undergo phase changes. They turn into water vapour that “nuclease” and rise upto water surface. Again, those are the bubbles you see.
