Phosphenes are the moving visual sensations of the stars and the and the patterns we see... When we close our eyes Phosphenes can be caused by mechanical stimulation of the retina through applied tension or pressure. The physical pressure being put on the retina stimulates it and generates Phosphenes and light

because we know that we see when light enter in our eye and passes through some obsticle and then we see object but when we close eye then no light reflect and we cant see any colour and black is only colour which didnt allow light.
