Why do we see tall cement buildings in cities and not in villages? Give reasons.

because of lack of knowledge and poverty and villages areas are rural so sometimes cement is not available and also people of village think that if they make thier house by using cement then their house will not remain cool as in mud house because there is no electricity there so they make their house with sand and mud...

The technology and workforce that is available in cities, have not yet reached the same level in villages.In fact, there are still certain villages where they don't even get electricity (only an indicator of the technological development of villages).until basic amenities such as proper services are not offered in the villages, there will always be a limitation to how develop they can become
