Why do we see vapor when we breath out in winter???

In winter our breath is warm and moist.when you exhale it outside the water vapor in your breath is at a higher concentration than the
cold outside air can handle so it condenses into water vapour.

It is because the air present in our mouth is warmer than the air in the surrounding . So when it comes in contact with cold air it condenses and changes into vapour. ....:)
