when the water vapour present in air comes in contact with the class filled with ice loses energy respectively and gets converted into liquid state which we observe as water vapours.

because the cold water bottle come in contact between the outer environment.Actually we know that outer environment is very hot when compare to fridge. soo this phenomena happens
