Why do we see water droplets on outer surface of glass containing ice cold water?

due to coming in contact of cold water , water vapour loses its energy and forms liquid state which seems on outer surface of glass

Because the water vapour present in air on coming in contact with cold glass of water looses it's heat and gets converted into liquid state which we see as water droplets on outer surface of glass.
