We see water droplets on the outer surface of a glass tumbler containing ice cold water. This is because when the water particles in the surroundings come in contact to the glass looses energy and get converted to liquid which is seen as water droplets on the glass tumbler.

we can see water droplets outside the glass because the ice in the glass gets melted due to heat which is in our sarroundings and thus water droplets are formed
