Why do we see water droplets on the outer surface of glass containig ice cold water?

The water vapour molecules present in the atmosphere lose their energy and get condensed, when they come in contact with the surface of glass containing ice cold water. When they get condensed, they appear as water droplets.

the atmosphere is humid when the suspended water particles come in contact with the cold glass the glass absorbs their heat causing them to condense and turn into water drops
