when any unwanted molecules enter in nose then this molecules are trapped by mucus layer and it thrown out by sneezing.

when we inhale then along with air some dust particles or some other suspension particles also get inhaled along with air.
Now, these particles when entered in nose strike with our nasal hairs and give a tickling sensation, and due to this tickling our brain generates a response of sneeze to expel these particles out of the nose.
