The main reason you stain a specimen before putting it under the microscope is to get a better look at it, but staining does much more than simply highlight the outlines of cells.

Hey we stain some specimen to see it clear parts like minute to minute detail and easily and many all sides are so small that we can differentiate among their structure to view it clearly and diffenciate it we use saying
