Answer:
Hello there!
We stir the paint because sometimes the heavier particles sits on the surface of the paint and resulting in a uneven paint
To avoid this,we just stir the paint before using to avoid the uneven paint
Hope it helps!

This is because paints are a colloid
( Colloid- A mixture where the particles are not completely soluble in the liquid, but we can't see the particles as they are too small too be seen by the naked eye, i.e, they are heterogenous but appear homogenous)
Paints are a mixture of solid and liquid. These solid particles settle down after some time (as it is a colloid)
So, to mix these particles again, we stir it.
The same can be seen when on the back of juice and medicine pouches, it is always written, "Shake well before use"
