Why do we sweat in hot weather? fast fast....

days are dry and , sweat evaporates quickly, which means it also carries away heat faster.during humid days, when the air isalready saturated with water, sweat evaporates more slowly.When relative humidity reaches a high enough level, the body's natural cooling system simply can't work. it causes dehydration problem

Sweating is a mechanism through which the body gets rid of excess heat. Evaporation of sweat from the skin has a cooling effects because the heat for evaporation is drawn from the body.

Heat is constantly produced by the body through metabolism which helps in maintaining the body temperature at 37° C.
Excess heat is usually lost through the skin where capillaries carrying blood give up heat to the surroundings.
But during hot weather, the loss of heat from the skin is not enough to
maintain the body temperature at the normal level.

Hence, in hot weather or when the muscles heat up due to exertion, more sweat is produced, which evaporates and cools the body.
