Actually, the human body sweats all the time, even when we are sleeping. But when we exercise or performsome strenuous work we sweat more as the body gets heated up faster. As a result, we sweat more during summersand less during winters. The rate ofsweating is directly related to our body temperature.

We sweat when we feel hot. In winters, if you excersize or play a game like tennis, you'll feel hot and you will sweat.
