why do we think that every electrical device has got its own fixed power ? what if all the devices are manufactured in such a way that all of them have a fixed power ?

Answer: that's true every object has its own power cause of internal resistance in it and that's true we have fixed power for every object some of them aren't fixed like rheostat and things which change its current voltage and resistance thereby altering power
