Why do we tired on quick exersise?

Here's your answer....

During quick exercise we do it so quickly that we sweat and our body get tired. Along with the quick exercise itself means that quick means fast exercise that's why we get tired, our respiration become so fast. Our muscle cell perform anaerobic respiration when we exercise.
