why do we use angle side angle in proofing opposite sides of parallelogram is equal but not in proofing if opposite side of a quadrilateralis equal then it is parallelogram?​

Well I don't really understand your question but every quadrilateral is a parallelogram but quadrilaterals have special features because of which they are considered to be a different type of shape, or in other words they are renamed. for example a square is a parallelogram but we usually do not call it a parallelogram, we call it a square.
