why do we use back-up files?

Back up is the process of making duplicate copies of data, which can be used to restore the original data in case of any data loss event. These additional copies are called "back ups " or back up files.

Back up are helpful in two ways..

1 To restore data after any disaster

2 To restore small number of files that have been accidentally deleted or corrupted.

We use it for data files.Data is essential smooth running of any business and it is a essential start to any business continuity plan. Backing up means making a copy of your most important files
