WHY DO WE USE COS THETA AS X AXIS AND SIN THETA AS Y AXIS ??

we consider y theta at x axis and sin theta at y axis it is not necessary. it's only depend on angle if the angle is in x axis then the cos theta is on x axis and if the angle is on y axis then the cos theta is on y axis. in simple words you can also say that where is the base of angle there is always cos theta and sin theta is always opposite to hypotnuse
