Hydrilla plant mostly used in the practical work to prove that oxygen is formed during photosynthesis because hydrilla is a sub much aquatic plant and it have not stomata to take CO2 and release oxygen that is why it respire through their whole body surface and release of season through this so we can easily show the oxygen in the form of bubbles while in Terrestrial plant we can't read oxygen in this form .
