We use pie as $\frac{22}{7}$ because $\frac{22}{7}$ is the ratio of circumference upon diameter and this fraction gives us a better approximate of the value of pie, though this isn't the actual value of pie b'cause pie is indetermined and irrarional (and we all know that an irrational number can never be formed in $\frac{p}{q}$ form where q$\neq0$)or this will become undetermined and a myth!.

But, pie is given as 3.14 and this value is famous worldwide. There are deep roots of this number in maths and this number is too mythical as compared to other irrational numbers.

I've a formula which you can memorise to never forget the value of this magical number which I learnt when I was in 4th.
