Most people who have had chickenpox won't get it again because they're immune to it for life. However, some people who have had chickenpox will develop a related condition called shingles later on. This is caused by the chickenpox virus being reactivated, usually several decades later.

Yes my dear friend we get chicken pox only
once in life.
Because as everyone know each disease is caused by a bacteria or any microorganism , chicken pox is also caused through bacterial infection (bacteria).
Here when that bacteria attacks us we will be affected but that bacteria recognises u r body because it is the one who had passed it's life in u by taking u r nutrition.
So not only that bacteria but all it's species find the clues in u r body that u have already got the chicken pox. That is the character of bacteria not to come again
