As we bath our bodies with probably soap,sponge and water,we are trying to wash away the dead cells on the skin and by doing so,not all of them get washed away by the water,some dead skin cells are left on the body.
Drying your body with a clean towel means wiping the remaining dead cells with the towel and this makes the towel dirty since its cleaning dead skin cells.
