Why do we write H2SO4 not SO4H2?

We write H2SO4 not as SO4H2 bcoz in H2SO4 sulphur is at center in structure.

I suppose that you can write any chemical formula in any way that you liked ( This is called free speech) 
But be prepared that very few people will easily understand what you mean 
Computer marking systems will not recognise what you have entered. 
Your teacher will not happily mark your work as correct. 

Chemistry has certain laid down principles , which include the way that chemical compounds are written. The positive ion ( in this case H+) is written first. Therefore you have HCl , NaBr, CaCl2, NH4Cl etc.
