why do weavers face problems

weavers faced problems because

1) heavy amount of raw cotton was exported to foreign countries
2) weavers don't have proper amount of raw material to weave
3) other countries are selling their clothes in  India which is a loss for weavers as everyone buys imported goods
4) anyone wont buy their goods
