why do wells get dried up

There are many reasons some of them are lack of rainfall, dehydration of water

Wells get dried up when there is no or little rainfall and the rate of evaporation is more than the rainfall. In high temperatures, the water molecules get evaporated at a fast pace, that overtakes the rate of replenishment by precipitation
